Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order (damaged item, incorrect product, or anything that isn’t right), please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Damaged Orders: If something arrives damaged, send a photo to: tishahenry.ma@gmail.com and I'll replace the item.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, contact me. I’ll help track it down, but Nyeti Bath & Body is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
